  Hi everyone,
                    Just to introduce myself, my name is Gary new owner of Raffles Bar here in Lanzarote. Having spent most of my life working in 5 star hotels 20 years at the Dorchester in London so when it comes to cocktails I know my stuff so why not pop in say hello look forward to meeting you all please check out the bar on this site.

Aha! Hello Gary. I sashayed very close to your bar on Friday lunchtime. I was popping into Bookswap to say hello to a member of this forum. I did peer up to see if anyone was about - am sure I'll catch you at some point. xxx
