My daughter's teddy bear was lost on RYANAIR FR 7124 from Dublin to Lanzarote on Wednesday 2nd November 2011. If you were on this flight or know of anyone who was please let them know that I am offering a 100 euro reward to finding the teddy bear. It is brown and about 30cm high.

It is of immense sentimental value to us.

I guess you've contacted Ryanair.

Good luck in your search Griffin.

Hi Griffin, I am sorry to hear of something of such sentimental value being lost and I can fully understand you trying your best to get it back for your daughter.

Maybe try to find contact details of the air handling company in Arrecife airport and appeal to their good nature to help, Im not sure if a company comes on to clean the plane on the turnaround or if the cabin crew do and where anything found goes to after that. I would also check with Dublin airport in case it was lost on the dash between the terminal and the plane...worth a shot!

Best of luck with the search.

Oh how awful! I've posted a message on Facebook - and there's a couple of groups we can try... and I'll pop something on Twitter too... but I don't know of any Irish websites as such I'm afraid - not Lanzarote specific anyway.

Might be worth finding some websites for newspapers... and asking if they'd run a little story?

Griffin - I've edited the title of your post to include the word Lanzarote... as it will then show easier on websites that pull the info when a link is posted. xxx

GRIFFIN - do you have a photo?

There is the possibility it may have gone back to Dublin. May sound extreme to some, but the sentimental value suggests you'd got to any lengths. Have you thought of contacting the local papers in Dublin? May make Ryanair sit up and take notice?

Got to be worth a couple of calls?

Griffin,

It is worth checking with the lost property department of the airport you departed from, upon your return to Ireland.  Some airlines return lost property to the home airport.

Also check with Arrecife airport they have a lost property department - and the airline might have logged it with them.

Good Luck - I hope the teddy is found.
