Was at a Siemens conference yesterday and Steve Nevey of Red Bull spoke, thhis is him describing an F1 pit stop:

Interestingly he said - off the record - that he thought Alonso was the best driver and Mercedes were the team to watch - and especially in 2014 when the new engines come in.

I put the boxing comments in her because I know you look in here.

Great video, we were just saying last night how exciting it is to have a proper F1 channel runing on Sky, surprised they haven't fired it up already, there's plenty going on.

So, I have Sky HD but not sky sports, do you know if I'll get the F1 channel free?

Looking forward to this season. As we've had to postpone our trip to Lanza in August, we may well treat ourselves to the British GP.

Good call ED.  We're off to Hungary this year for the GP, but I can't rule out being tepted to jump in the car and popping down to Silverstone for the day general entry.

So Jarno's got the sack because there are more Russians in the world than Italians

Anyway look at his stats:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/17042953
