It's nice and sunny at the moment catoblue2000 - and certainly good for the sun. But it's a little chilly in the evenings so bring a jumper or fleece or something.

I don't know about villas in Costa Teguise I'm afraid - but have a look at this link on the website of one of our clients:
http://www.luxuryvillaslanzarote.com/browse_properties.php?property_title=&pp_bed=&pp_sleep=&pp_resort=Costa+Teguise&available_from=&pp_location=--+Select+--&available_to=&search=1

Welcome to the forum by the way!

second elle with the weather, tho probably feels colder to us local softies i wore less clothes in winter in the uk than i do here!! lol but then i'm a good geordie girl and we never wore coats to go out! anyhoo for villas in costa try villasun.com or lanzarotelates.com or espanabreaks.com

most villas are within walking distance of all amenities, beaches etc look for las calas bungalows, or calle catamaran villas, really close to town, slightly further out are the bungalows on calle fuerteventura.
good luck and message me if you need any more info x happy hols
