Villas in PDC or Los pocillos

Hi All,
Haven't posted in a while. Booked our flights for next August, so now I'm looking for a nice (but not too expensive) villa in PDC, or Los Pocillos. I've seen a few but the prices seem a lot higher 2012 than this year. I would have thought with recesionary times etc it would be the other way around.
Anyway can't wait for August, any suggestions/recommendations would be most welcome.

Thanks Dixie, I'll have a look and contact Paula. It's early days yet but I'd be happier if I had something sorted sooner rather than later.

Nothing doing Dxie, Paula only has one villa left and the boss doesnt fancy it..back to the drawing boad

Don't know what sites you have been looking at Jim, but the UK based sites that we advertise with would have a large selection of properties to let in PDC if you want to check them out.

Thanks Bernie, have had a look at those sites and have found several "possibles". All I have to do now is to get everyone to agree on one, easier said than done

Yeah Dixie, we got one off espana breaks, but it was actually through lanzarote leisure villas. it's on calle taburiente, looks nice and it's pretty central. Sorry for the very delayed response, been working round the clock since new year.

no Dixie its not bonita, can't remember whats its called, I've looked at so many. I think we did look at bonita, cant remember why we discounted it .
