Indeed I did - it suits you!  Well done with the non smoking. I've lapsed too and had a couple sneaky puffs... but only puffs... not even a quarter of a ciggie. Not enough to make me feel sick - but enough to make me remember I gave up. Just coming up for 8 months. |

must admit i tried patches gum etc andthey didnt work this time i just tried will power and it works , think that over xmas when i was in sweden i couldnt smoke as my sister doesnt like me smoking around the kids so i hardly had any , and taht helped |
