 i think one of the main problems that we have is that when we started renting the house the agent employed someone who dealt with us and all our problems  and he basically left her to it, so he didn't have a clue himself what was going on, she no longer works for the agency,  as of friday he had not even read our contract.  i really appreciate all the advice
