Spotted a cracker on someones website today - is this what they really wanted to say??

I think it's a thing for eveyone who uses electricity from unsafe electrical installations - or perhaps that's not what they actually mean!

I can think of instances in legislation which are just as ambiguous because of a comma which isn't there, I am quite glad that someone (Dixie?) posted a clean version of the eats shoots and leaves panda joke so I can explain it to my kids now!
