The Flower of Scotland is well regarded as one of the busiest (if not THE busiest) bar around. Jon and Jane have looked very closely at what their customers wanted… and have provided it, with more! This excellent Scottish bar in Caleta de Fuste is located in the busy Centro Castillo, on the top floor, opposite the Fado Steak House, and is open from 3pm until late during the week, and from 10am until late on Saturdays and Sundays.

There is entertainment every night from 9pm, and they also show all the major sports (including Scottish League of course) on their many 42” plasma screens. The walls are covered with Scottish flags and memorabilia – but of course all nationalities are welcome. All Rangers and Celtic matches are shown – both home and away… and it is packed to the seams at these times, so get in early and grab a seat. They also show all the 3pm matches. It’s fully air conditioned so comfort is at a premium.

Families are very important to The Flower of Scotland, and there is always a happy friendly atmosphere. In addition to the live sports, and live family-friendly entertainment every night, there is also a DJ every night – and there are also quiz nights, Play Your Cards Right, and Poker nights. There are pool tables too – so it is fun and games galore!

Happy Hour is from 9pm until 10pm every night – and their cocktail menu has to be seen to be believed. Such drinks as “Sean Connery” are firm favourites. They have all the crisps and nuts you could wish for to soak up those drinks that are extremely reasonably priced. Speaking of drinks, there is Guinness, Estrella, Carling, Amstel and Coors Light on draught… and they also sell a wide range of alcopops as well as all your favourite spirits. Oh, and they also sell the Scottish staple, Irn Bru of course!!!

At Christmas and New Year, the Flower of Scotland is bursting with people at the bells… so again, do get in early. Jon and Jane look forward to welcoming you to this bubbly Scottish bar, so we’ll see you there!
