Supermarket Celeste
The British Supermarket Celeste in
Costa Teguise is one of the friendliest and competitive
Supermarkets in Lanzarote. It is where you can buy many, if not
all, of your favourite English branded products... whilst being
greeted with a smile. Bisto, Branston, Sarsons, Colmans… and
much much more! Don’t be deceived by its size – this is the
place where your favourite goods are available cheaper than many
of the other supermarkets in the resort!! Lynn took over in June
2009, and has been running this supermarket successfully ever
since. Many residents also use the shop on a regular basis,
grabbing those favourites from back home at great prices.
It is here that you can get fresh milk, fresh baguettes – all
delivered fresh daily, greeting cards, newspapers, tobacco,
beer, wines and spirits. There is even a book exchange, so you
can always have something new to read on the beach.
The British Supermarket Celeste in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote,
also stocks your favourite British baby food brands, such as SMA
baby milk, and tins of Heinz baby food is regularly in stock
too. You can also buy nappies and pull up pants for your little
treasures – leaving you more room in your suitcase for flipflops
and goodies!
Also the British Supermarket Celeste in Costa Teguise offers a
unique feature to holiday makers. If you arrive late from the
airport and you would like supplies waiting for you, then email
Lynn with what time your flight is, and what ingredients you
want to greet you in a welcome pack, i.e. British Bacon, British
Eggs, a loaf of bread, a jar of coffee, tea bags, 5 litre bottle
of water etc... they will keep in contact, so that you know you
have your essentials waiting for your arrival... leaving you to
concentrate on the nightlife and fun that Costa Teguise has to
offer you.
If you need equipment hire whilst on your holidays… then this is
the place to visit. Toasters, fans, steam irons and much more –
simply drop Lynn an email with your requests.
As a point of information if you need some specific branded
goods, simply email before your visit and they will try to get
it in stock ready for your holiday.

The British Supermarket Celeste is located outside the Celeste
Apartments, on Avenida de Las Islas Canarias in the town centre,
right on the large car park.
