Aroma, Playa Blanca opened in May 2008, to provide a quality
food service to residents and visitors of Playa Blanca. This
exciting eatery described as a “British Sandwich bar crossed
with a German Bakery” is owned and presented by Carina and
Malcolm – always ready to greet you with big smiles! Combining
the freshest finest ingredients, this is a place you must visit
when in the resort. Café Aroma provides a wide menu of snacks
for eat in or take away. You can easily preorder your food at
any time, and know that it will be freshly prepared and ready
for when you are hungry.
For the day you are leaving the resort, Carina and Malcolm can
make you up an “Airport Pack”. Complete with everything for your
journey home.
Open from “sunrise to sunset”, Café Aroma is open for you early
risers, with fresh sandwiches, baguettes, home made cakes,
rolls, jacket potatoes, salads, and even more! Highly
recommended are Malcolm’s waffles – which are prepared right
there while you wait. They come with a variety of tempting
toppings. A feast indeed!
Like Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream? Café Aroma has this available for
you at just €5.99 for a half litre tub – in all your favourite
flavours! Café Aroma is also the only place in the centre that
sells Slush Puppies – and at just €2… the kids will love them!
Speaking of kids, Café Aroma provide a great kids menu – with
all their favourite flavours. A finger roll with one filling,
packet of crisps or chocolate bar, plus a drink is just €3.50!
Finding Café Aroma is easy. With your back to Playa Dorada
beach, head up the stairs of CC Papagayo. You will find them on
the left hand side. Or you can get off the Playa Blanca Bus at
stop number 33 (CC Papagayo)… head through the centre of the
shopping complex, and Café Aroma is on the right. Whether you
want to grab a bite for the beach, or have a lazy coffee and
cake, Café Aroma is your first choice!
