Bar Arena (previously known as Bistro Arena) is one of the best kept secrets in Playa Blanca – until now! The residents of the town have tried to keep this place to themselves, because of the warm welcome, and cracking service here.

Bar Arena in Lanzarote is open seven days a week from 12 noon until late. The team welcomes you, and invites you to join them for all your favourite sports on their television screens. There is free wifi available, and a computer pod available for if you leave the laptop at home. This is a real family bar, and with the large terrace being enclosed from the road, the kids can run around safely, away from traffic.

Thursday nights are bargain nights, with a large beer only €2.50, and a spirit and mixer just €4. The kitchen is open from 12 noon until 8 every day except Thursday, so you can chow down as you sip beer and watch the footie.

Available are all your favourites, including Tetley Smooth Flow, Miller, Coronita, Dorada, Heineken, Strongbow, Budweiser, Magners, many alcopops, and a range of German beers too. Of course all your favourite spirits are available too! You can also get sangria for those summer days on the terrace.

To find the Bar Arena, stand with your back to the Natura Palace hotel, and ahead of you, is a commercial centre with a couple of shops, a gymnasium, and smack in the middle is Bar Arena.
