Casa Luis is one of the most popular tapas bars in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. This busy little restaurant is frequented by English and Spanish… holidaymakers and local residents. It enjoys an excellent reputation in the area for its tapas, Spanish music (both modern and traditional), and a great ambience. Established in 2002, Richard took over in 2008… and he has insisted on the highest quality of customer service – accompanied by the excellent dishes available.

This well established tapas bar / restaurant has an extremely lively and welcoming atmosphere – and is buzzing from the moment it opens it doors right throughout the day. . There is a full menu of all the favourite tapas, and a “specials” board that changes regularly. There is a “menu of the day” available, which consists of a starter, main course, bread, and a dessert or coffee – this is just €7.50 until 5pm (€9.50 on Saturdays and fiestas). It is open Monday to Saturday from 7am until 10pm. We can highly recommend the octopus which is a regular feature on the specials list. Such dishes as paella, fried chorizo, meatballs, stews, and of course Lanzarote’s own Goat’s Cheese are all on the regular menu for your enjoyment… as well as a variety of sandwiches and baguettes. Every day sees a selection of freshly made cakes – all prepared by the chef. You can also catch up with sporting events here… and they even offer a variety of Spanish and English newspapers for you to read whilst you eat and/or drink.

English and Spanish breakfasts are available from 7am… and the specials also often include fish caught on the same day. San Miguel is on draught, as well as local bottled beers such as Dorada and Tropical. You can also get your favourite local and branded spirits, freshly squeezed orange juice, and milkshakes. Casa Luis is situated on Avenida del Mar – and is opposite Las Coronas Apartments… next door to Netto.
