Casa Tere is one of Playa Honda’s most popular tapas bars. With over 70 different tapas dishes on offer, Miguel and Tere (hence the name) have something to suit everyone’s palate. Fresh paella, fish, meatballs, salads and much much more!

Casa Tere is open every day except Monday, from 11am until 12 midnight. They show all the major sports, including tennis and the popular football games on their projector and two televisions… and spirits are always high when Spain are playing. There is WiFi access here too – so you can take photographs of the fabulous food on offer, and send it to jealous friends and family.

Of course you’ll want something cold to wash down your food with – and this popular Playa Honda bar stocks Dorada on draught, as well as Tropical, San Miguel and Strongbow in bottles for you.

There is always a warm welcome in Casa Tere, and since opening in 2006 – it has firmly placed itself on Lanzarote maps.

Casa Tere is in a road called Guanarame – which is out the back of Deiland, turn right – and follow Calle Chimidas across all the junctions until you reach Guanarame on your left.
