If you are looking for places
to eat in Costa Teguise, then you must book at least one visit
for Coffee & Cream Bistro Bar, early in your holiday. We know
you’ll be back again! Since early 2004, this high quality bistro
has been lovingly run by John and Zoe. Both are qualified chefs,
and John even had a taste of fame during his seven years at “The
Priory” when “Giving It Up” was filmed there (cue a giggle from
Zoe as she reminds him that his head was cut out in his big
chance at Hollywood). Zoe is also qualified as a silver service
waitress, and John is a qualified computer engineer.
Expect nothing but great quality food here. With the expertise,
experience, and enthusiasm of this friendly couple, ingredients
are prepared freshly, and as John insists on using local
suppliers wherever possible, this ensures complete satisfaction.
Food is available from 9:30am until 10pm, Monday to Saturday,
and from 10am until 10pm on Sunday. Such dishes as “Fillet
Zingara”, “Duck in a Red Wine Sauce”, and “Spinach & Vegetable
Goujons” are just 3 of the options available during the
evenings.
During the day, salads, burgers, rolls, toasties, and much more
are all available! And let’s not underestimate the power of
their cooked breakfasts – amongst the best on the Island. Of
course the children are well catered for too, and with a good
variety of dishes, to suit even the fussiest little nipper.
Moving onto desserts. Apple caramel, apple crumble, bread &
butter pudding, treacle sponge, and jam sponge are all home
made. And add to that chocolate fudge cake, lemon meringue, and
cheesecake, and your sweet tooth is sorted!
John and Zoe are keen to point out that their drinks prices
haven’t changed in four years – you know you are getting value
for money!

It’s 2-for-1 between 6pm and 9pm – which means just €12.95 for
two main meals.

available. They also have a printer available for you at a small
cost, and baby changing facilities are
available in the ladies toilets.
Coffee and Cream Bistro Bar is a great venue for parties for all
special occasions, and they can also supply helium balloons,
and/or a bouncy castle out on their sun terrace.
