Jaspar's Bar and Restaurant in Puerto del Carmen is one of the most popular bars on the Avenida – both with locals and visitors. Situated almost opposite the Hawaiian Bar, at the San Antonio end of the strip, just look up to the first floor and you can’t miss it.

Inside and the outside terrace have plenty of seating – and it’s a good job, because this bar gets very busy with all the fun and games going on. Sue,Paul and the team really do pull out all the stops to make sure that every visit is a good one.

There is internet access and free WiFi, pool tables, board games for the kids, and plenty of televisions so that you can watch all the major sporting events. Every day brings new and refreshing live entertainment, and also seems to have something planned for every major event. There are always parties happening for different celebrations, and regular Charity Events, such as Red Nose Day. Check the forum to find out what’s planned next. Jaspars Bar is amongst the best places to watch the fireworks at New Year’s Eve in Puerto del Carmen – but get there early to grab a seat!
