Tucked away at the Lanzamar complex is one of Puerto del Carmen’s best kept secrets. Run by Dionne and Danny, this Lanzarote bar is spacious, airy and friendly. All the major Sky Sports games are shown here, and for the larger games, there is a huge screen available. There is also a couple of pool tables, to while away the hours if you need an escape from the Lanzarote sun.

Loved by both visitors, and locals, Ocean’s bar is open from 9am until 1am Monday to Saturday, and from 10am until 1am on a Sunday. Food is available from 9am until 10pm, and consists of all your favourites, at extremely reasonable prices. On Sundays, the traditional roast dinner is served from 1pm.

Looking for somewhere to host your kids’ party? This is the perfect venue, with plenty of room for the little treasures to run wild, whilst the staff entertain and exhaust them ready for you to take little sleepy Jane or John home afterwards.

Wednesday night is Bingo night. It all starts at 8pm and includes a buffet for those all-needed nibbles. On a Sunday the BBQ gets fired up, and there’s also live entertainment to help your holiday go with a swing.

Finding Ocean’s, is really simple. Head from the Biosfera along the top road, past the Post Office (Correos), until you reach the petrol station. There is a pedestrian crossing there. Cross to opposite the petrol station, and walk into the car park. Ocean’s bar is just on your left. Oh, and don’t forget to mention Canary Nightlife!
