Rooftops Forum

Rooftops is the only English club in Playa Blanca, and is a good size of 500sqm with seating inside and out. Situated in Punta Limones, a busy complex close to the port in Playa Blanca, it has plenty of feed from the bars below.

The business is licensed to hold 200 people and is open until 3.30am most nights/mornings. It is a favourite haunt of tourists, and residents alike.

The traspaso is brand new, so has 5 years left on it... with an option for a further 5 almost guaranteed.

Rooftops has a group 3 license (with music). The current owners have been advised by the Ayuntamiento that they could easily gain a group 4 upgrade. A large dancefloor, DJ Booth, dance pole, and a pool table. The size of this venue, layout and location would make it ideal as a show bar, or for themed event nights. It also has an outdoor terrace with breathtaking views over to Fuerteventura, and there is plenty of parking space very close by.

There is a small kitchen at the moment, but if you would want to add a food trade, then there is a large storeroom out the back which is fully plumbed.
