Costa del Silencio

Mainly popular with Belgian and German visitors… it still attracts plenty of British and Irish tourists – who want the weather of south Tenerife, but perhaps not the hustle and bustle of nearby Playa de Las Americas

It is a purpose built resort… and because of its close proximity to the airport (only 12 kilometers away), it has grown into a popular resort with hotels, holiday villas, bars, restaurants and a couple of commercial centres.

There is nosandy beach in the resort. However the rocky shores offer fantastic scuba diving and snorkelling.
