Bailey's Bar - Arrecife
« on: February 16, 2010, 19:18:35 PM »
We had some time to kill this morning - so we nipped into Arrecife for a bit. Most places were closed because it was fiesta (following last night's Carnival festivities) - but we found Bailey's Bar open... immediately opposite the Gran Hotel.

I had a hot chocolate and Bart had a coffee. We both really enjoyed those - and then we had a nosey at the menu.  We both had a baguette each. Bart had the London baguette which was bacon, cheese and a fried egg. I had the Hawaii baguette which was shredded seafood sticks, lettuce, pineapple and seafood sauce.

Both were really good!

We were also impressed with how friendly and happy the staff were too!

All in all we had a light lunch for just a little over €8 for the two if us, in a friendly environment, whilst watching David Bisbal on the tellies (Google him - he's a fab Latino singer).

We'll definitely return

Elle xx
