Monte Corona

Monte Corona is the volcano that looks like a child's drawing of one, up near the Mirador del Rio. Irish Colleen took these picture last Sunday with Clanky and me.  The first is of the Caldera ( A Flash photo 8) ) and the others are my pork, her scrambled eggs and fresh salmon, and Clanky's eel, which cost €3.50, €5.50 and about €6 respectively in the Mirador de los Valles restaurant. A perfect end to a great walk.

Food looks lovely John, even if your Pork is on the expensive side :)

Very nice ! Love the rustic, idyllic, typically Canarian ambience. Looks like a prime example of how/where I like to eat when I'm on Lanza...

Only just noticed this thread, a great walk and the food was fantastic as was the everything else about the restaurant.
